Oaktrack owners & smallholders

Husband and wife team Tina and Jim Wells are both actively involved in the business. Tina can usually be found in the farm shop, the kitchen, or the garden. Jim looks after the animals both on and off site. He also handles the day-to-day maintenance and practical jobs too.

Office Manager

Amanda has been with us pretty much since the beginning and over the years has helped with most tasks on the smallholding. She’s keeps us on track with all our admin, marketing and general organisation!!

Head grower

Hazel takes on all the outside land based tasks. Whether its in the garden, tending to the chickens, mucking out the animals or helping Jim with the livestock, she’s our girl! Oh and she also makes the most incredible Halloween props!!

Chief Baker

Our kitchen Queen! Whether its baking cakes, making pies, preserving or cooking lunches Carmel is always on hand! 

Top dog and Head of meet & greet

Whether it was out in the Land Rover with Jim, greeting customers, or simply being our family pet - we all loved him very much and he was a big part of the Oaktrack team!
