It has been a hot and dry month so far but there is still plenty to harvest in the garden this month including aubergines, tomatoes, beans of all varieties and blueberries. There is also lots of colour in the cut flower patch from the hot orange and vibrant red varieties of crocosmia to the stunning dahlias and fragrant shrub roses to the brilliantly coloured salvias.
